Prosper Sets Memorial Day Ceremony for May 25, Followed by Downtown Block Party May 30

The Town of Prosper has scheduled its Memorial Day Ceremony for Monday, May 25 and its Downtown Block Party for Saturday, May 30 — two end-of-May Town events that close out the month with different moods and different purposes.
